Scandi is the perfect cool tone dimensional blonde, with a 3 inch root of a cool level 6 as well as a level 7 lowlight blended through the ends. This colour is going to be perfect for adding darker dimension to your bright blondes with a little more contrast and cooler tones than our Sand.
